The staff there are very rude, I ordered by phone so that my order would be ready when I got there, but when I got there, it took 10 minutes for them to deliver my order. When they delivered the order, I saw that the item I ordered was not there and I had to wait there for another 20 minutes. When I asked the waiter why they were not paying attention, they replied very rudely and said that nothing is happening now, wait, it will be ready. They are very rude. When I got home and opened the donuts, I saw that they were dough and not cooked properly. They used to put them in a box and a plastic bag, but now they just put them in an open envelope. It is terrible. I called to speak to the manager there but I was unsuccessful and I don't think any manager is supervising there. I have been a customer there for 10 years, but I will never go back there again.

Papillon Bakery is a Glendale gem! The best part is how easy it is to order everything online and just swing by for a quick pickup. I tried a bit of everything: the mini ponchiks (Nutella and Custard) are literal clouds of dough, and the Nutella Churros are a must-order. If you want savory, their Beef and Potato Perashki are seasoned perfectly, and the Lahmajune (Armenian Pizza) is thin, crispy, and authentic. 10/10 recommend

I think I died and went to heaven on the first bite. Probably the best puff I’ve ever had my entire life. Each one is prepared fresh and comes out hot and ready to eat. I’m going back every day for the rest of my life haha this is 10/10 my new fav sweet treat

Wanted to like this bakery, the perashkis were really good. However, upon cutting into the bread boat, I found hair baked into it. I had to throw the whole thing out. Also we were told the waiting time would be 15 minutes, but ended up being close to an hour, and we ordered when there was only one other customer inside. Don’t come here if you are in a rush.

i loved their dulce de leche ponchik so much that i went back to try the Dubai chocolate ponchik. i’ve tried fix’s original Dubai chocolate and my god papillon’s filling tastes just like the original, if not better. 10/10 recommend! you have to wait 10 minutes after ordering because they make them fresh. be careful, it was so hot i burnt my finger. i recommend biting into it after a good 5-7 minutes.
